Cancellation & Refund Policy – Tatva Lights

We understand that circumstances may change. Please find below the details of our cancellation and refund policy:


1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped by contacting us at tatvalights@gmail.com. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After Shipment:
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the item once it’s delivered, as per our return policy.


💰 2. Refund Policy

Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable for items returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming the status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom or made-to-order products

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Items without original packaging or signs of useShipping Costs:
      Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable. Tatva Lights will cover return shipping costs in such cases.
