C. Order Confirmation & Shipping

4. Returns & Refunds
A. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for eligible products that are unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
B. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
C. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at tatvalights@gmail.com with order details and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
