Do I have to pay for shipping?

We provide free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal handling fee will be added during checkout. International shipping fees will vary based on the destination and will be calculated during checkout.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order. For orders within India, it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days to arrive, depending on your location. For international orders, delivery times vary based on the destination and customs processes, generally ranging from 7 to 21 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details, allowing you to track your order online.

You will also be provided with an approximate delivery date with the tracking details. Please note, this is only an estimate provided by the carrier, and Glamour Ray is not liable for any delays caused by third-party logistic partners.

If tracking shows my package as delivered but I haven’t received it, what should I do?

If you have not received your package despite tracking showing it as delivered, please inform us within 48 hours. Beyond this period, we may not be able to assist with locating the package.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safe and secure delivery of your products
